From a young age, I was driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, which naturally led me to pursue a path in holistic health and healing. My journey began in 2004 when I trained to Level 3 in the Usui method of Reiki with Tracy White at The Energy Center in South Africa. This experience allowed me to understand the subtle energies that flow within and around us, and how blockages in these energy pathways can affect overall health and well-being.

Upon returning to the UK, the demands of modern life put my healing aspirations on hold for a while. However, after a decade of navigating the challenges of urban living, my passion for holistic healing was reignited. I decided to pursue professional training in a range of complementary therapies to support the health and healing of others.

Now, as a practitioner, I offer a range of services including reflexology, aromatherapy, and various massage techniques. With each treatment, I combine my knowledge and expertise to create a personalized experience that aims to clear physical, mental, and spiritual blockages, restoring balance and helping the body tap into its natural healing abilities.

In addition to my holistic therapies, I am also professionally trained in beauty therapy and offer holistic facials using Eve Taylor beauty products.

My goal is simple: to help you feel your best, so you can live with greater energy, balance, and vitality.
